“Nicole who carries out all the orders and Robert, the printer, are wonderful to work with and so helpful in accommodating even same day requests! My print came out so detailed considering it was an ink drawn artistic image transferred to digital. Definitely recommend your taking any of your printing ideas to these pros. Thanks so much team!”
— Vanessa Velasquez“The store is well stocked. The customer service is excellent and very professional. The copy department is the BEST. They help you make the best decision and give you the best cost effective route. With all that being said your product ALWAYS look good. Kev is the most generous, community care giving individual. I hope in the future I could pay over the phone deposits or even full payment because I never had anything go wrong. I don't know what took me so long to write a review. I followed this business from two places and now here. EXCELLENT, RELIABLE, DEDICATED, PROFESSIONAL... I am Juanita Washington's daughter. My mom always shopped here, my children will also.Their work is great !!!!”
— Rosetta Williams“I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Direct Print, and I strongly advise anyone to steer clear of this t-shirt print shop. Their abysmal communication and repeated failures to meet promised completion dates have caused significant disruptions to my business operations. It was extremely frustrating to deal with their disorganized team, as they consistently provided incorrect and misleading information regarding the progress of my order. Despite paying a 50% deposit upfront, I was left feeling neglected and ignored. One of the most frustrating aspects of dealing with Direct Print was their repeated failure to deliver on updated completion dates. They gave me multiple incorrect promises, resulting in unnecessary delays and setbacks for my business. I relied on their services for timely delivery, and their inability to meet even the revised deadlines had severe repercussions for my operations. The lack of accountability displayed by Direct Print was utterly unacceptable. Their negligence and disregard for their customers' time and trust have left a lasting negative impression. It's evident that their inefficient management and communication practices severely impact the quality of their service. I strongly caution anyone against entrusting their business to Direct Print. If perhaps you just need something printed and don't need it for maybe a month and don't care for the timeliness of your order then Direct Print may be perfect for you. The frustrations and disruptions caused by their poor communication and unreliable delivery dates are simply an overwhelmingly negative experience. If only they can get organized and learn better communication and not provide false promises in terms of delivery dates (even delivery dates that have been revised) this will be the number one place to go. Overall, Direct Print's unprofessionalism and inability to deliver on promised completion dates make them a print shop to avoid if you can. Spare yourself the headache and seek a more reliable and customer-oriented service provider.”
— STURDY Management Group“My experience with Direct Print was beyond terrible. I visited their shop a few days before July fourth to order 8 shirts. Unfortunately, the print guy was absent, and I was told to wait until the Friday after July 4th to even place the order. This delay set us back an entire week. Finally, the print guy returned, and I eagerly placed my order, with a promised completion date of the following Friday. However, when I arrived that Friday to pick up the shirts, they dropped a bombshell - the printer they used for the shirts had no white ink! I had to endure yet another week of waiting for this disappointing news. They assured me that the shirts would be ready on the coming Monday, making it the third week. But guess what? When I went to collect the shirts on Monday, they weren't ready! Eventually, on Tuesday, two of the shirts were ready, but to my dismay, they were printed using vinyl instead of the DTG printing I had requested, making them completely unusable. By Wednesday, I went to check on the order and provide two replacement blank shirts for the shirts they misprinted, which now had a new due date of the upcoming Thursday (week 3). However, they informed me that their printer had a leak and wasn't functioning properly, leaving them unable to complete the order. Frustrated and disheartened, I was given a refund of my deposit. And to top it all off, I have text messages with the owner confirming these disappointing facts. It took about 3 weeks for them to tell me they actually can't even do the order. What do I tell my customers who ordered shirts with me and have waited an incredibly long time for their shirts? What happens to my brand reputation? If you value your time and specific requests, I strongly advise against considering this print shop. They clearly lack diligence and produce subpar work. Save yourself the hassle and run far away from this place. Find a print shop that truly cares about their customers and delivers quality results.”
